Clarion Hotel, Cork, originally uploaded by docaoimh.

Taken with my trusty Sony T3. I just ordered a Canon Powershot S70 which will hopefully allow me to take better night shots :)

Update: Actually it’s the office block next to the Clarion.  I was walking by there earlier and spotted this.  Oops.

This is a great night shot, so warm looking, p.s. your blog is excellent!

This one is real, notice water moving, faster shutter speed and would be more defined. Dont Use flash if you did. Sony are very good too. The new olympus stulus710 is probably one of the best buys at the moment, light, handy 7.1 megapixels and anti shake, (very important with small camera)
I wont charge for this and I like this website, im fed up with mine.

Thanks again George. I didn’t use flash here at all, just the crummy night mode on the sony t3. As I have rabitted on about, I have my new s70 so i’ll take the same photo next week and compare with this one.

If you want a hand changing things on your site, I’m sure myself or Ricky could lend a hand. (speaking for myself only, you probably couldn’t afford Ricky!)
