Shoreditch Shutter

Shopfront Art

The shutters on a shopfront in Shoreditch, London.  Much more appealing than just a plain ol' horrible metal shutter.  We could do with some of these in Cork.

Very nice, maybe you could start a shutter painting campaign in Cork.

That’s pretty cool. I thought briefly about painting the back wall of the garden. Do you remember the long mural in the Modh Scoil? That came to mind, but using a garden or nature theme instead of Irish mythology.

I painted a mural on my bedroom wall once, the cover of a rap album. Then I painted over it with a map of Middle Earth, look, I was young and had issues! Anyway, haven’t done a mural in years, maybe someone could find me a shutter?

Issues is one word for it. Now you’re old and …

There are some awful shutters on Patrick St that could do with a lick of paint.
