Arm the Elderly at An Brog

Arm the Elderly

During the Cork Jazz Festival, Arm the Elderly played in An  Brog on Oliver Plunkett St.  As usual, they put on a great live show with a bucket full of energy.  There was a decent enough crowd in there that night but the sound was turned up full whack.  I was almost deafened taking shots close to the speaker!  It’s definitely time to get ear-plugs.  All the pictures are in black and white becuase the lighting in there was well dodgy.  Apart from the ear-splitting sound and awful light (full of the joys of life, aren’t I?) it was an excellent gig.  They’re playing in the Half Moon on Thursday 21st December but if you’re looking for a nice Christmas gig, this isn’t it.
