Delorentos at Mitchelstown Music Festival
November 15th, 2007 Posted in Ireland, Live Music, Music, Photography, corkgigsThe seemingly ubiquitous Delorentos played at the Mitchelstown Music Festival this summer. Their brand of radio-friendly happy guitar pop is similar to another excellent Irish band, The Blizzards. I only saw them once before when they supported Bell X1 in the Savoy quite a while back so it was good to see them have such a prominent position at this festival. They were on the Podge and Rodge show recently and did a fine rendition of the classic hit “No Limit” by 2 Unlimited.
Some more photos in the full set on Flickr.
