Snowman at The Quad

Cork band Snowman played at the Quad last night and having seen them in Cyprus Avenue a little while back I thought I’d catch their unique live show again. Their music is really growing on me, it’s more intelligent and interesting than quite a lot of rock bands you hear lately; I can heartily recommend that you head on over to their MySpace for some tracks. From a photography point of view, I had to use flash for the first time in ages at the gig because it was almost completely dark in there – hope I didn’t blind them too much!

Looking at the photos in most of your recent posts I can only conclude that beards are back… no matter what any of you fools thought, I knew I was setting a fuckin’ trend!
