CBSL Shield Final 2007

The Cork Business Shipping League Shield final took place on November 4th last so I thought it’s about time to do something with these photos! My brother’s team Kilcully Decking of the first division took on the mighty Mulligan’s from the premier division (currently 3rd) of the Shipping League in Cork. There was a difference in class between the teams but Kilcully Decking played very well on the day. A few errors and inferior fitness made it near impossible for them to win this match. It must have been great to play at Turner’s Cross though. I recently purchased a new zoom lens so I hope to start getting to matches more often so if you’re sick of live music photos hang on a while!
